What’s available in your space?

*Accessibility - Wheelchair accessible - Street levelSecurity cameras are in place for safety and security. The footage is used to verify damage, theft, late departures, and policy violations.The studio is available for videography but is not soundproof. Plan accordingly.Report any damages immediately. Leave the studio clean and tidy. Fees apply for any damages or excessive cleaning required.

Cancellation Policy

Productions may cancel their booking 72 hours before the production start time and receive a full refund of their rental price.
Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable.

Studio 8/9 is not liable for any personal injuries or loss of equipment during your rental.
